      Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Opportunity

      We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated, multidisciplinary team at Eyas Landing and Merlin Day Academy to partner with us in providing world-class pediatric care.

      Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) play a central role in implementing comprehensive therapeutic programs that are family-centered and relationship-driven, ensuring children achieve success at home, school, and in their communities.

      BCBA Details

      • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (no evenings, no weekends).
      • Location: Merlin Day Academy 3319 N Elston Ave., Chicago, IL - Convenient on-site parking available!
      • Setting: Fully on-site - no travel required.

      BCBA Responsibilities

      Our BCBAs are at the forefront of delivering impactful services, including:

      • Caregiver Training - Empower families to support their child's development.
      • Compassionate Care - Deliver interventions grounded in empathy.
      • Applied Behavior Analysis - Design and implement evidence-based programs.
      • Case Management & RBT Supervision - Oversee and guide dedicated team members.
      • Behavior Management - Develop strategies to foster positive behaviors.
      • Team Collaboration - Work with educators and therapists for cohesive care delivery.

      Qualifications Required

      • Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
      • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, education, or a related field.
      • Previous experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred but not required.
