What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams providing expertise on behavioral issues
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
- Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients in various settings
- Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to read, write, and effectively present information
- Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and attention to detail
- Must be able to participate in approved crisis management procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst or similar role in a healthcare-related setting
