What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement behavior analytic programming based on formal assessments for assigned clients
- Monitor and modify programming based on client performance and needs
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and make clinical recommendations
- Supervise and train behavior technicians implementing one-on-one programming
- Maintain documentation and reports, ensuring timely completion and submission
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure as required
- Completion of BACB required 8-hour supervision training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Familiarity with various assessment tools used in behavior analysis
