Business Development Centre Project Manager - 24 Months FTC
This role is accountable for the delivery of the Business Development Centre, supporting the UK/IE deployment of a new way of selling our vehicles.
The Business Development centre will support retailers and customers with guidance, solutions, offers and information. This role will deliver the Business Development Centre from the conceptual stages through to implementation, delivering best-in-class solutions to meet customer and organisational needs. The role will help install governance structures and procedural steps to ensure a frictionless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the delivery of the identified work packages to time, scope and budget.
· Steer the conceptual scoping of the processes, functions and execution of the Business Development Centre, working with our European centre to create solutions structured around customer user stories.
· Engage directly with BMW in Munich to direct developments to meet local (UK and Ireland) objectives.
· Ensure full alignment across our business areas to create the grounds for current and future interaction excellence with our customers.
· Create a framework for measuring the effectiveness of Business Development Centre implementations.
· Oversee the full adherence of the project deliveries to meet customer, regulatory and business frameworks.
· Support Development, Testing and Deployment of newly developed software solutions into outsourced and insourced provider teams, maximising the value derived via these solutions.
· In an environment of constant change, analyse available information to develop and direct the Business Development Centre work packages to meet fast-evolving needs of the business.
· Structure operating models to drive efficiency.
· Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact in the UK business areas.
!*!· University degree, preferable in Business Administration and Management / IT
· Proven project management skills
· Experience with a strong digital focus in change environments.
· A background of solution management with customer impact, ideally focused on new business models.
· Demonstratable ability to act as a customer advocate for change.
· Highly proficient in data handling, system scoping and implementation.
· Experience in the automotive industry (sales, marketing) would be beneficial.
