      Responsibilities

      • Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling sales appointments, and maintaining long-term follow up with customers
      • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle products and services
      • Record customer information in the required database

      Qualifications

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office
      • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
      • Willingness to follow direction while working independently
      • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
      • Professional Appearance
