- Maintain boat and pool setup.
- Assist guests with hotel-sponsored boats and pool services.
- Stock clean pool towels and remove dirty ones to hotel laundry services.
- Maintain and sanitize all pool and lawn furniture in the assigned area.
- Handle guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors as necessary.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Comply with health and safety rules, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport up to 100lbs.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment for a prolonged period of time.
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Previous guest services experience preferred.
