What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers enthusiastically and assist in finding beauty products that suit their needs
- Stay informed about featured brands, new arrivals, and current beauty trends
- Demonstrate product knowledge across all beauty and personal care categories
- Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays while supporting brand events and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience and meet daily sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn about new products and share knowledge with customers
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus, but not required
