      Plan de formación propuesto

      El estudiante en prácticas que se incorpore a esta formación en GSK, se formará en el departamento de acceso al mercado, con el área de oncología y, bajo la tutelación de los mejores profesionales en el sector para un desarrollo de competencias prácticas ordenado y hábil.

      El plan de formación incluye una serie de actividades que el alumno realizará bajo supervisión y guía, lo que hará de este periplo un proceso lineal en el que el candidato gozará de una evolución considerable.

      Además, la formación proporcionará al candidato un desarrollo de competencias transversales, especialmente el trabajo en equipo, visión estratégica, la orientación al logro y proactividad.

      Objetivos de la formación

      • Preparación y localización de la documentación relativa a Market Access para la evaluación de fármacos (análisis fármaco-económico, revisión de literatura, lectura crítica, análisis de estudios clínicos, desarrollo dossiers de valor…).
      • Participación en el desarrollo, seguimiento, planificación y soporte logístico de materiales promocionales de Market Access y de soporte a las actividades del departamento.
      • Colaboración en el desarrollo de modelos económicos (Impacto presupuestario y coste-efectividad) y participación en la gestión del proceso de aprobación de publicaciones.
      • Seguimiento de la elaboración de tablas comparadoras con las opiniones de las diferentes agencias de evaluación de tecnologías sanitarias.
      • Colaboración en el desarrollo del plan estratégico y táctico.
      • Colaboración en la organización y realización de reuniones internas (reuniones de ciclo, formaciones) y externas (eventos, advisory boards).

      Requisitos Básicos:

      • Estudiante universitario de grado a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado universitario de grado: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE, Grado en Biotecnología, Grado en Farmacia, Grado en Biología, Grado en Bioquímica, Grado en Química, Grado Economía, Grado Estadística
      • Altamente valorable Máster en acceso al mercado y farmacoeconomía
      • Competencias en Idiomas: nivel C1 de Inglés.
