      About the role

      Key responsibilities

      Support and assistance to the Customer Care team and follow-up on the department's projects. We are looking for someone interested in staying in the role, who enjoys customer service, and wants to be part of the team with a growth plan within the area.Build trusted relationships with assigned Growth customers, provide solutions, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide professional timely, reliable, consistent and professional communication with internal and external customers. Partner with Account Managers to keep them apprised of insights, issues and opportunities.

      Main activities:

      Data management and analysis

      Qualifications and skills

      Student in the final semesters of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or similar courses.
      Knowledge of Power BI
      Handling of Microsoft Office parcel
