POSITION: Before/After School Assistant Teacher 23-24 school year
REPORTS TO: Early Childhood Education Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous childcare experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass comprehensive background check
• Must be willing to be fingerprinted
• Must be CPR/First Aid Certified
• Must pass TB test
• Must complete 16 hours of annual training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interact in a positive manner with students within your care
• Supervise elementary age students in before and after school classrooms
• Plan and implement activities for elementary age students
• Work as a member to implement established program and district policies
• Facilitate social interactions amongst students
• Maintain healthy classroom environments
• Uphold child care licensing regulations
HOURS: Variable – M-F (6:45-9:00 am and/or 3:00-6:00 pm)
SALARY: $11.55-13.00 / hour based upon experience - per WillSub contract
