      Highline Public Schools is hiring a Behavior Analyst to join our team this school year!

      SUMMARY
      : The position provides both direct and consultation services to students with significant socialemotional/behavioral needs; possesses and maintains competency in assessment and analysis of behavior; works collaboratively with IEP teams, special education teachers, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, school psychologists and other special education providers; supervises and guides behavior technicians; works as a cooperative member of a multi-disciplinary team; and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Special Education.

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
      • Masters degree in related discipline
      • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      • ESA Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

      ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
      • Public school experience as a BCBA or other professional Special Education Provider
