- Serve as part of the Clinical Team for Person Centered Services.
- Provide case review or audit of individuals with significant behavior issues.
- Review Behavior Service Plans and offer relevant input.
- Serve as a consultant in situations where behavioral intervention expertise is required.
- Review and analyze data and trends.
- Design, implement, and present trainings as needed.
- Provide case review or audit of individuals with significant behavior issues.
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings.
- Any other duties as deemed relevant by supervisor/organization
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, mental health, and social determinants of health.
- Ability to teach and lead others while providing medical expertise.
- Knowledge of person-centered planning regulations.
- Demonstrates effective leadership skills.
- Demonstrates cultural competence.
- Demonstrates ethical and professional responsibilities and boundaries.
- Demonstrates capacity to use Health Information Technology to facilitate communication.
- Knowledge of confidentiality regulations/HIPPA.
- Ability to prioritize and complete work in timely manner.
- Proactively approaches professional responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a comfort level of engaging with people with behavioral health needs.
- Master's Degree in the field of psychology, social work, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience working with Intellectually and/or Developmentally Disabled individuals.
- Knowledge about OPWDD services and regulations
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with person-first, person-centered planning concepts.
