What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver one-to-one behavioral intervention using ABA methodologies to address challenging behaviors
- Assist across all educational settings, including academic activities and behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with school staff on behavior management and assist with curriculum modification
- Maintain accurate records of student behaviors and progress
- Provide physical assistance and toileting support as necessary for early childhood students
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time ABA experience, including work with early childhood students (ages 4-5)
- Completion of a 40-hour seminar or workshop training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated knowledge of ABA techniques, child development concepts, and classroom behavior management strategies

- Experience working specifically with TK/Preschool roles
- Familiarity with IEP goals and educational settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to various educational environments
