      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage incoming calls, triaging and coordinating appointments for patients
      - Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records in the EHR system
      - Assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing
      - Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and pharmacies regarding care and medication
      - Uphold the principles of communication, teamwork, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, front desk, or clinic coordinator role in an outpatient healthcare setting
      - Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
      - Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic appointment scheduling
      - CNA license preferred
      - Previous healthcare experience in medical or behavioral health settings
