What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consistent, quality customer service to internal staff and external patients
- Gather and upload patient records and assessment results into the chart
- Assist with letter and form requests, including inputting patient insurance information
- Document patient encounters and communicate with providers regarding assessments
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proficient data entry skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a records department, front desk, or as an office assistant
- Experience in healthcare, preferably in Medical or Behavioral Health
- Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal communication
- Proven ability to multi-task and utilize problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Skills in critical thinking and conflict resolution
