What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and deliver intervention sessions to participants
- Document intervention notes and organize Zoom audio files
- Participate in weekly supervision meetings with study investigators
- Conduct phone follow up with participants endorsing suicidal ideation
- Contribute to quality improvement by offering insights for enhancing study processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 4 years of experience providing direct treatment services to children and families; or Master's degree and 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain positions/departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure in Washington State as a Registered Counselor or Mental Health Counselor Associate
- Experience providing behavioral interventions with children & families
- Experience working in a behavioral or clinical research setting
- Experience with evidence-based practice
