Our team delivers Allied Health services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy.

      Job Description

      We’re expanding our Bay side team and seeking Core Level Behaviour Support Practitioners (as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission) who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disability.

      Your Impact

      As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

      • Assist NDIS participants and their support networks through assessments and person-centred planning
      • Develop and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans
      • Champion participants’ goals, strengths and passions
      • Advocate for the elimination of restrictive practices
      • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
      • Build capacity in families, carers and community supports

      Qualifications

      What You’ll Bring

      • Core level suitability from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
      • Allied Health degree (e.g. Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, etc.)
      • Strong report writing & time management skills
      • Passion for the disability sector and a person-first mindset
      • Proactive, solution-focused attitude with excellent people skills
      • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

      To be successful in this role, you will be solution focused, highly organised and possess exceptional people skills. You will be passionate about what you do and pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.
