- Working in partnership with the person, their family, and other members of the Therapeutic Team, identifying interventions which enhance quality of life, build new skills and addressing the needs of the person, in ways which they prefer and are least restrictive.

- Making recommendations for inclusion in individual Support Plans and to ensure Behaviour support plans in your allocated services are kept up to date
- Promoting the effective management of incidents of behaviour that challenge, including any resultant environmental changes, risk assessment or support plan updates emerging through post-incident support processes
- Ensuring all support and interventions are designed and implemented taking into account trauma informed principles, in line with best practice
- A formal qualification at Level 4 or above in Positive Behaviour Support, or equivalent, or currently / willing to work towards (essential)
- A PBS Coaching qualification (desirable)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with people with Autism and Learning Disabilities (essential)
- The ability to demonstrate an ability to offer a holistic approach to individuals who use our services (essential)
- Proven leadership ability (desirable)
- Experience working within a Clinical Team (desirable)
- Registration as a member of the UK-SBA or a willingness to register
- A full driving licence (highly desirable)
- Annual salary up to £35,000 (D.o.E)

Job summary
