      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies
      - Proactively target sterile processing and perioperative directors to explain the benefits of SteriSystem
      - Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their capital equipment needs
      - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product features and benefits
      - Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in capital equipment sales and business-to-business sales
      - Familiarity with the medical capital equipment market and industry trends
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex sales scenarios

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical sales background is preferred
      - Experience with CPQ software
      - Self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset
      - Willingness to travel 60% within the Eastern United States Territory (FL to New England)
