What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies
- Proactively target sterile processing and perioperative directors to promote the SteriSystem
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their capital equipment needs
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the SteriSystem
- Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in capital equipment sales and business-to-business sales
- Familiarity with the medical capital equipment market and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical sales background is preferred
- Experience with CPQ software and understanding of annual budgeting processes
- Ability to create accurate and effective drawings using design tools
