      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Speak with consumers over the phone who are experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
      - Build rapport and engage with clients
      - Assess risk and document information during calls
      - Provide resources and information to clients
      - Identify coping strategies and develop safety plans
      - Provide emergency intervention when necessary
      - Maintain professionalism and multitask in a fast-paced environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD) or M.A. or M.S. in behavioral health with a clinical practice emphasis
      - Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
      - Reside in Washington state and possess one of the following licenses: LSWA-IC, LSWAA, LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAA, LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis counseling or telephonic counseling services
