Welcome people to the Hilton Milwaukee City Center from all over, in a friendly manner, setting the tone for their stay! Take their bags and escort them to their rooms. As a Bellperson you own the front drive of the hotel and need to keep it ready for guest arrival. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

What will you be doing?

• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Retrieve guest items then carry or load luggage onto a bell cart and transport items to the desired area.
• Read and match luggage tags.
• Organize and store luggage in designated areas.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must be able to work on the weekends
• No previous experience is required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be able to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and kneeling.
