Develop new notebook templates, components, and tools to improve coverage of experimental workflows in Benchling

Translate scientific requirements into viable IT solutions

Communicate with scientists to clearly define experimental workflow data requirements

Develop dashboards that provide clarity into the status and quality of experimental workflows

Train scientists on the use of Benchling along with the developed workflows and system requirements
-
Provide technical support and troubleshooting capabilities for scientists

Build data connections between systems such as Benchling, Biologica, research data, and data visualization and analysis platforms
-
Effectively document information in a clear, concise, and consistent manner
-
Apply critical thinking to identify pain points, broken processes, or overall opportunities to build efficiencies

Apply a continuous improvement mindset

Escalate risk and issues in a timely manner to the appropriate project representative

Location: Hybrid in Indianapolis, San Diego, or Boston (3 days onsite)
