Responsibilities

Central Filing is looking to fill Benchperson jobs with reliable, hard-working individuals who have a positive attitude to work as part of a team.

This is a full-time job in our newly renovated shop. The job is responsible to maintain circular blades and filing equipment for our sawmill customers. Other duties include:

• Examine saw blades for visible defects.
• Hammer out imperfections in saw blades.
• Operation of a forklift
• Operate and Input recipes into automated grinding machines.

Qualifications

• Some previous filing experience will be considered an asset.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift, pull and hammer materials.
• Cares about quality of work
• Positive attitude
• Can work well on a team
• Follows safety standards
• Quick learner
• Self-Motivated
