What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support report building, maintenance, and lifecycle, including contribution modeling and RFP documents
- Maintain benchmark reporting and assist with planning to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Collaborate with analyst and client teams, utilizing knowledge of benefits design, cost, and funding structures
- Manage New Business Sheet and update Dynamics 365 CRM data
- Provide compliance support including annual notices, 5500 data collection, and compensation disclosures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Prior internship or work experience demonstrating increasing complexity, autonomy, and client service skills
- Must obtain State Life and Health license within 90 days of hire
- Requires a remote work setup with uninterrupted focus (equipment provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Coursework in healthcare, HR, health economics, risk management, business, marketing, finance, or advanced math
- Strong client-facing, analytical, and self-management capabilities
