      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend, set up, and take down booths for scheduled client outreach events and benefit fairs
      - Serve as a moderator for webinars and provide Q&A support during virtual benefit fairs
      - Regularly deliver live general benefit webinars to educate employees
      - Provide feedback and recommendations after client outreach events to improve future efforts
      - Manage multiple tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating materials for events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, promotions, or hospitality preferred
      - Excellent communication skills to explain benefits details and address employee concerns
      - Strong presentation skills to effectively engage employees in group settings
      - Organizational skills to manage various tasks simultaneously
