What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate daily processing of benefits deductions through the payroll cycle
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of benefits reporting
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, managers, and employees regarding benefit plans
- Perform audits and quality checks of benefits-related data in the HR system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and/or Associate's Degree
- 3 to 5 years of related employee benefits administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree and CEBS, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP professional designations
- Advanced experience working with HR and benefits enrollment systems
