      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and maintain benefit grids, ensuring accuracy with annual and ad hoc changes
      - Review and analyze configuration templates to validate benefit requirements and regulations
      - Communicate effectively with internal departments to enhance awareness and resolve issues
      - Lead and facilitate cross-functional or project meetings as assigned
      - Provide guidance and mentorship to teammates and assist in training new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of medical benefit plan design and/or configuration experience
      - Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Suite
      - Proven understanding of CPT, HCPCs, and ICD-CM Codes preferred
      - Military affiliation or TRICARE experience is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Configuration experience (Facets or equivalent system) preferred
      - Managed Care or healthcare experience is preferred
      - AAPC Coding designation preferred
      - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace medical insurance benefits preferred
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
