      SUMMARY

      The Benefits Administrator is responsible for providing high quality day-to-day service to enterprise employees, retirees, leaders, and cross-functional partners. This role serves as a first point of contact within the Employee Service Center providing accurate information and maintaining the utmost confidentiality, professionalism, positive attitude, and integrity in all customer interactions.
      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Frontline responsibility for general phone and email support and responses and accurately escalating questions and issues to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
      • Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of company and voluntary benefits, programs, vendors and enrollment processes.
      • Partner within Total Rewards teams to assist in resolving and responding to general employee inquiries.
      • Assist with Total Rewards projects and coordination, review and distribution of communications.
      • Monitor and maintain stock of benefit-related materials and general supplies.
      • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
      MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-2 years’ experience in benefits administration.
      • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
      • Knowledge of HR plans, policies, practices, programs and systems, including but not limited to regulations for HIPAA, ERISA, PII, etc.
      • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to service a diverse population.
      • Strong professionalism, including the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
      • Ability to effectively prioritize and navigate requests.
      • Collaborates effectively across teams and functions and with external partners.
      • Ability to understand the big picture and downstream impact as well as the details.

      In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
