Job Description
- Req#: 24-13923
- Process monthly benefits billing.
- Reconcile benefits premium adjustments.
- Assist with pension coordination and payments.
- Perform benefits audit, 401(k) retirement saving plan.
- Assist with annual compliance testing.
- Gather and analyze benefits enrollment reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Collaborate and maintain professional communication with internal and external departments.
- Assist benefits with annual enrollment, Benefits Orientation, and Benefits team projects, etc.
- Manage reimbursement procedures for Retirement gift program, 25-year program, and Charity fund program.
- Respond to employees’ benefit inquiries.
- Maintain employee records.
- Monitor and maintain company intranet system, ServiceNow tickets, Veribeneficial emails.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline.
- 3-5 Years Benefits Administration experience
- Strong analytical and accounting skills are necessary.
- Strong background in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems, with knowledge of Oracle/PeopleSoft considered a plus.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation, Medicare, and Social Security requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, critical thinking skills, and willingness to collaborate on a variety of topics.
- SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) certification.
