- Supports the plans, designs, evaluations, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs including base pay, variable pay, benefits and health and wellness.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Total Rewards programs, including managing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data.
- Maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assists with the design, development, and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, including communication plans and training for HR business partners and colleagues.
- Analyzes data and creates reports to evaluate the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and processes and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Ensures that Total Rewards programs are well-communicated to colleagues, including creating and distributing Total Rewards communications, conducting training, and participating in company-wide communication efforts.
- Participates in benchmarking surveys and market research to gather data and identify trends and best practices.
- Provides analysis, guidance and recommendations to HR business partners and managers related to colleagues' total rewards packages.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of experience.

- Ability to plan and execute assigned projects and tasks.
- Solid knowledge of the Total Rewards field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidential information is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with HRIS; willingness to learn new software as necessary.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of Greif’s global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and reward initiatives. Working within established guidelines, the analyst provides analytical support and problem resolution to human resources business partners and plan participants. Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $71,000.00 - $121,000.00. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $71,000.00 to $73,000.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
