What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and respond to Leave of Absence and Benefits inquiries, serving as a subject matter expert
- Oversee daily benefits administration, including auditing and reconciling benefits data
- Partner with third-party administrators to manage leave and disability claims, including FMLA and ADA processes
- Assist in the development and rollout of benefit communications to enhance employee understanding
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that meet employee needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of Benefits Administration experience with medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- 3-5 years of Leave Administration experience, including FMLA and state leaves
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and communication technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with Workday software
