What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the accuracy and completion of open enrollment processing as the enrollment project manager
- Provide ongoing client billing and eligibility support, including new hire processing and eligibility verifications
- Maintain accurate records of employee demographics and enrollments through audits and reconciliations
- Update internal CRM with renewal plan information
- Perform organizational duties such as scanning, filing, and organizing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in an applicable field of study preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to handle high-volume periods with accuracy and resilience
- Previous office experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working in insurance/employee benefits
- Experience with Benefits Administration Systems
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new concepts
- Ability to work productively under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
