      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to routine benefit inquiries from employees and provide guidance on benefit plans, eligibility, and enrollment timelines
      - Process benefit transactions in the HRIS system, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations
      - Monitor and manage benefits-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
      - Support open enrollment processes, including preparing communications and responding to employee questions
      - Collaborate with vendors to resolve standard issues, such as enrollment errors and missing ID cards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR support role
      - Experience using HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and/or case management tools (e.g., FreshService)
      - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with benefits compliance basics (e.g., eligibility rules, life events, COBRA)
      - Experience supporting employee inquiries via a helpdesk or ticketing system
