      What you will be doing

      Provide escalated customer service calls for all associates calling into the Albertsons Experience Center/Benefit Service Center. Able to manage high volume of inbound calls in a courteous and timely manner. Ability to identify differences scenarios and apply appropriate resolution based on associate issue(s). Ability to accurately document all calls and inquiries in an associate’s record. Provide assistance with benefit administration of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, life insurance, Health Savings Accounts and flexible spending plans on a daily basis. Escalate all issues that are not able to be resolved on the call to the Benefit Administrator. Handle enrollments, qualifying life event changes, beneficiary updates, and update associate record when applicable.
      Main responsibilities
      • Manage general inquiries and complaints via email, telephonically, and/or online ticketing system.
      • Maintains the confidentiality of all matters related to payroll, benefits and employee compensation.
      • Answers employee questions regarding the company’s benefit plans, and provides additional requested information to company employees
      • Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs.
      • Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
      • Offer high quality and exceptional level of customer service by going above and beyond expectations and ensure follow up with associates when appropriate.
      • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
      • Attention to detail.
      What we are searching for
      • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
      • Associates degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
      • 2 years of experience as a customer service agent in the healthcare arena or in a similar role.
      • Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
      • Experience with Oracle a plus
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact with different levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
      • Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgement and discretion.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong analytical capabilities.
      • Attention to detail.
