- Requires in-depth knowledge of Benefits Engine technology platform (or similar internal administration tool) related to implementation and setup of processes
- Work with local health & benefits client teams to implement new processes within Benefits Engine technology platform. Specific duties will include:
- Creation and maintenance of client records
- Initiate and conduct internal team calls/meetings to kick-off new engagements and discuss the project plan, steps, timing and roles
- Attend necessary meetings/calls on Benefits Engine and be able to roll out local teams for updates
- Work with the local teams on possible improvements in the tool
- Support projects where Benefits Engine will be involved and provide input regarding the tool
- Provide reports related to Benefits Engine and Case Management tool as needed
- Contribute to improving the tools and processes and providing solutions to meet the country and process teams’ and operational efficiency needs
- Manage and triage multiple incoming priorities effectively by understanding client needs and meeting standard service level agreements
- Ensure all documentation and deliverables are securely managed and saved on appropriate internal client sites (e.g., SharePoint, shared drives, TCT)
- Build and maintain good relationships with WTW Local Teams with whom you are working with
- Manage priorities, escalations, and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure timely response and communications to team requests
- Ensure efficient delivery of implementations by following project plans and leveraging best practice tools and templates
- Assist with ongoing operational improvements of the process and tools
- Strong ability to work within tight deadlines and to balance time and effort across multiple,
simultaneous projects that may involve different procedures and project team members - Very comfortable to work with various individuals from different cultures, time zones, and seniority
levels - Provable strong abilities to self-manage and organize for work efficiency and effectiveness
Work involves handling sensitive issues and confidential information requiring discretion on the
employee's part. - Preferred Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in setting up Pilot projects
- Preferred US Employee Benefits knowledge
- Creating Test scripts for Testing new developments/enhancements
- 0-2 years of experience working in professional services
- Well organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, creative, and integrative skills
- Collaboration with a global team, including taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriate.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working across geographic boundaries.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, organize, synthesize data and summarize findings
- Ability to accept, direct, and perform responsibilities and work assigned as a project team member in support of the technology operating model
