What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the organization's key benefits business processes and applications, primarily AZ360
- Conduct analysis and resolve issues related to benefits systems and processes
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain documentation and end-user training materials
- Provide end-user support and assistance with the benefits system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of principles and concepts of varied employment benefits and HR systems
- Expertise in AZ360 systems and related benefits modules
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of benefits eligibility rules, policies, and procedures
- Understanding of various types of employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement pensions
