      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to ensure compliance with benefits plans
      - Maintain a compliance calendar and educate the benefits team on regulatory changes
      - Monitor legislation and benefit trends to keep programs current and competitive
      - Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm"
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational communication and cooperation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; substantial experience may substitute for degree
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources
      - Strong analytical, decision-making, and documentation skills
      - Ability to manage sensitive employee information confidentially
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Infor software
      - Prior experience in the healthcare industry
