      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement benefit programs, policies, and procedures
      - Collaborate on benefit program design and implementation
      - Analyze utilization data and provide recommendations for Health & Wellness Program initiatives
      - Administer ACA filings for medical plans
      - Assist with annual open enrollment and benefit fairs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS Degree required. Master's preferred
      - 4-6 years of progressive benefits work experience
      - Knowledge of benefits and pension administration, FMLA, and COBRA regulations
      - Ability to complete complex administrative tasks and prepare presentations
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in benefit database administration and employee benefit records management
      - Knowledge of Workday for benefit plan configurations and testing
