      Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a part-time Benefits Specialist (Temporary). For 3-4 months’ work alongside a collaborative team of patient-focused colleagues in our thriving Central Administration office.

By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you’ll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.

      Using excellent customer service, communications, and attention to detail skills, your primary duties in this 20-25 hour a week role include:

      • Assists in the administration of TOC’s benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and reconciliation of invoices.
      • Respond to employee questions and communicating with employees in person, via Teams, phone, and email.
      • Provides ongoing administrative support in multiple HR areas.
      • Updating records as needed.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Salary:

      Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour.

      Workdays: This role is located at the Central Administration Office. Typical hours are Monday-Friday (flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week, available during business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

      Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience, and values, including:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource (HR) Management or related field, or HR Certification is strongly preferred.
      • Minimum one (1) year of HR experience is required. HR Benefits experience is a plus!
      • Experience with Human Resources Information Management System(s) (HRIMS) and efficiency in data entry is preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel is a plus!
      • Exceptional analytical, time management, attention to detail, multi-tasking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to initiate and work independently.
      • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
      • Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
      • A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
