      Benefits Specialist

      Position Summary:

      The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration and support of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and wellness. This role serves as a key point of contact for external vendors to ensure benefits are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented & customer-focused.


      Key Responsibilities:

      • Administer day-to-day benefits operations, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and COBRA notifications.
      • Maintain accurate benefits records in the HRIS and with third-party vendors; audit data regularly to ensure accuracy.
      • Assist with benefits reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
      • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and adjustments.

      Qualifications:

      • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
