What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and improve the benefit administrative process for the expanding employee population
- Assist in resolving benefits matters promptly to ensure employee support
- Maintain accuracy of personnel database and HRIS data entry
- Administer company leave requests including FMLA, DBL, and PFL
- Educate new hires on benefit offerings and facilitate smooth enrollment experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Experience with ADP Workforce preferred
- Leave of Absence experience required
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting employee benefits programs
- Strong Excel skills with V-lookups and pivot tables proficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ERISA, COBRA, and ACA regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical proficiency with HRIS systems
