- The Benefits Specialist is responsible for compliance and daily operations of enterprise wide health and welfare programs. The successful candidate will provide support, technical information and assistance in all matters related to assigned areas of expertise.
- Enter employee benefit data into HRIS (KRONOS) system
- Support vendor reconciliation process
- Ability to interpret and process Qualified Medical Support Orders
- Administer COBRA notifications as appropriate
- Work with third party administrators on escalated issues
- Maintain weekly status changes and payroll adjustments
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and educate associates to ensure understanding of benefit plans
- Perform varied specialized tasks in support of day to day and project based administration of benefits including retirement plans
- All other duties as assigned
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to assist with implementation, maintenance and communication of health, welfare and retirement programs

- Minimum of 2 years Benefit Experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency to include development and interpretation of adhoc reports
- Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work effectively with large group of diverse constituents
