What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and COBRA administration
- Provide expert advice to employees on benefit options and assist with benefit communication materials
- Maintain accurate employee benefit records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Serve as point of contact for HRIS inquiries and generate payroll audit reports
- Assist with the annual Salary/Merit Review process and perform other special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Benefit Administration, with HRIS systems experience; UKG Pro highly preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with Financial Analysis, Data Modeling, or Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior Excel skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with UKG Pro HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective oral and written communication skills to build relationships at all levels
- Strong mathematical skills and data management experience
- Experience in auditing and analyzing HR data
