What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer the 401(k) Retirement Plan and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits of benefit deductions and earnings to maintain accuracy
- Provide support for other retirement plans and Health Savings Account inquiries
- Monitor and maintain benefit system file feeds, collaborating with vendors for updates
- Assist employees with enrollment, troubleshooting, and payroll deduction inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience administering employee benefit plans or payroll
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with HR systems administration
- Familiarity with ERISA, IRS rules regarding 401(k) plans, and related regulations
- U.S. Citizenship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with employee populations, including SCA and Collectively Bargained groups
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR software like UKG Pro and ADP
