What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day tasks for building, launching, administering, and maintaining client Benefits Administration technology platforms
- Oversee project management for new benefit platform implementations and renewals
- Ensure accurate plan builds through testing and quality control procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and brokers throughout the implementation process
- Provide reporting updates to internal teams and assist with administrative training as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR, IT, benefits, or related fields
- Prior experience with HRIS/benefits administration software, specifically Employee Navigator
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ease software in addition to Employee Navigator
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits and administration of Group benefit plans
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative approach
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
