      About the role

      As a BEX Engineer, you will play a key role in driving improvements in manufacturing operations through digital transformation and data-driven insights. You will leverage tools such as PowerApps and Power BI to automate workflows and visualize performance in real time. This role requires the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate across departments to implement efficient, technology-driven solutions. You will also ensure process reliability and foster innovation through structured problem-solving, project management, and clear communication with stakeholders.

      This role supports our EPD division and is office-based. The work location is flexible, and we are looking for candidates based near one of the following cities: Weesp (The Netherlands), Cali (Colombia), Providencia (Chile), Mexico City (Mexico), Neustadt (Germany), Karachi (Pakistan) or Baddi (India).

      Main Responsibilities

      • Lead or support the digitalization of manufacturing workflows using PowerApps and Power BI
      • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, IT, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless technology transfer and implementation of new processes
      • Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor process development initiatives aligned with business goals and timelines
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing manufacturing processes and equipment using structured problem-solving techniques
      • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency
      • Clearly communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Systems), or a related field
      • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing processes, data analysis, automation, or digital transformation within a regulated industry.
      • Preferably experience with Power BI and PowerApps
      • Familiarity with PMO practices or project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
      • Fluently in English + preferably ether Spanish/Dutch/German/French
      • Certifications (preferred):
        • Power BI or Data Analytics
        • Microsoft Power Platform
        • Lean Six Sigma
        • Project Management
