      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze existing reports to assess their effectiveness and implement necessary changes
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting needs
      - Develop and maintain reports across various health plan types, including claims and outreach
      - Facilitate problem-solving sessions to ensure project goals align with stakeholder needs
      - Create and enforce data visualization standards to enhance solution quality and efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field; 5+ years of experience may substitute for a degree
      - Proficiency in business objects report development and crystal reports
      - Experience building business optics universe and SQL
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience eliciting reporting requirements from stakeholders
      - Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
      - Knowledge of Snowflake for data management
