What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI
- Collect and transform data from multiple sources into a structured format for analysis
- Develop and maintain data models and data sets for efficient and accurate reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the BI solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a BI Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating complex visualizations, measures, and DAX calculations
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery
- Familiarity with advanced Power BI features and concepts such as Field Parameters, Calculation Groups, Time Intelligence derivation, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Workspace Application Audiences
