      As a BI & Analytics professional in our Asset & Wealth Management, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

      Job Responsibilities:

      • As part of AWM MIS team, the BI Developer (Alteryx/SQL) is expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities. Analyze, design, develop and implements programs in one or more programming languages, for BI Applications.
      • Supports applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting. Establishes, participates, and maintains relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to remain apprised of direction, project status, architectural and technology trends, risks, and functional/integration issues.
      • Defines specifications and develop programs, modifies existing programs, prepares test data, and prepares functional specifications. Analyzes program and application performance using various programming languages, tools and techniques.
      • Identifies potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches.
      • Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners.
      • Partner with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to convert business requirements to wireframes/design.
      • Work on the agile improvements by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Experience Required: 5 to 8 yrs in SQL Development
      • Proficient in SQL coding and Stored Procedures in SQL Server and building ETL through Alteryx/SSIS.
      • Proficient in visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik
      • Proficient in writing complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
      • Proficient in query optimization/performance tuning of stored procedures/ETL packages.
      • Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards.
      • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering. Different field of study, with significant professional experience in Software Development, is acceptable.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • Exposure to cloud and scripting languages like Python is an added advantage.
      • Working knowledge on CI/CD work flows and automated deployment. Experience on scheduling tools like Control M .
